support for the esp32-s3 supermini board, which is a common esp32-s3 board found on aliexpress

this board is particularly useful for slimevr because it is small and has a built-in lipo charger (image)

changes are currently in an "esp32-s3" branch.

quite new to git/github and first pull request, so hints and suggestions would be great. thanks!
