This PR continues the work on implementing magnetomer support for sfusion based IMUs, specifically it implements the reading and handling of samples from the sensor.

Currently the samples are read and fed into VQF without any preprocessing. This works, but isn't ideal, since it lacks any sort of hard or soft iron compensation. VQF also should be tuned to trust the IMU more. Hence this is a draft.
