This PR:

Applies the 2nd iteration of optimized VQFParams to every SoftFusion sensor
Reduces the gyro ODR to 200Hz for all SoftFusion sensors
Unifies accelerometer full-scale range for all SoftFusion sensors (it was 8G on some sensors before this, now it'll be 4G (except for maybe MPU6050 that sensor can go die))
Makes sensor timestep calibration always trigger on boot
