This PR refactors feature toggling (previously only used for the magnetometer) to be more generic and easily extensible. Alongside this change it also introduces toggles for softfusion calibration and temperature gradient calibration.

Seemingly works for the magnetometer on the BNO085, the rest would likely need server implementation.
