* Improve monitoring of auto-started apps' processes. * Keep the child process monitoring timer running when the game is closed and child processes are not to be killed. Only start the timer when necessary. * Keep the child process monitoring timer running when the game is closed and child processes are not to be killed. Only start the timer when necessary. Remove redundant lock.
