you are redirected to
http://localhost/duo-redirect-connector.html?blablablah...
and the browser says that you cannot reach the address

If you change localhost with your instance address like
http://myserver.duckdns.org/duo-redirect-connector.html?blahblahblah....
then it logins successfully and works as expected
