Steps To Reproduce

Go to Settings -> Security -> Two-step login
Click Manage Authenticator app

Expected Result

Enroll authenticator app with code or qr code

Actual Result

empty box instead of qr code (code is still there)

Since this is likely a browser issue as it doesn't happen in Chrome server logs don't seem applicable here.

Additional Context

No javascript errors in the console, tried private browsing window as well, same problem so unlikely to be any addon.

Set a breakpoint on the draw function inside qrious.js and after I resume from that breakpoint it works so I'm guessing it's a timing issue, maybe it's rendering to the canvas before the canvas is properly loaded?
