Vaultwarden Support String

In the "General settings" of the https://test.com/admin management interface, set "Allow new signups" to "false" separately, the function is normal, and the user is not allowed to register. However, if you set "Email domain whitelist" to "qq.com", you can now allow users to register, regardless of whether "Allow new signups" is set to "true" or "false".
