Steps To Reproduce

Click on a folder in the filters box to view only entries from that folder.
Select one entry, and choose "Add to folder" from the top bar hamburger menu to bulk move these entries to a different folder.
Observe that the entries disappear as they no longer meet the filter criteria.
Select one entry that is still visible.
Choose "Add to folder" again.

Expected Result

The popup should show that I have selected only one entry, and when I select a folder it should move only that one entry.

Actual Result

The popup says "Choose a folder that you would like to add the 2 selected item(s) to." When I choose a folder and press "Save", both items are moved to that target folder.
