I have the authenticator app working fine, but would like email as a backup authenticator if at all possible so I don't have to worry so much about losing the code for ALL my other passwords/codes.

I went to setup email and the "Manage" button is gone, same with Duo.
The manage button was there a few days ago (likely in a previous version?) but would error out when trying to use it.
