Use the new web-vault web-v2025.9.1 (cf. https://github.com/dani-garcia/bw_web_builds/pull/216)

The new policy seems to disable the card item type client-side:

So I'm not sure if server-side changes are necessary. (If you disable the policy the card items will be available again.)
