Steps To Reproduce

Go to '/vaults' page
Select some items
Click on Add to folder
Select anyone folder and click Save

above is success

Click any other items
Click on Add to folder again, now you can see the number, this is the sum of the two choices.
Select another folder, and click Save, you can see all items selected in the first and second rounds have been moved to the folder selected in the second round.

Expected Result

The first selection is in the first folder, the second selection is in the second folder.

Actual Result

Each move will move the previously moved content again.

I need to refresh the page to be able to perform two movement isolations.

i think it might be because the selections in the front-end UI weren't cleared, causing the options to still contain previous ones.

By the way, thank you so much for creating and maintaining such a fantastic open-source repository.
