Install fresh version of Windows Client from exe installer (not Microsoft Store)
Connect client to self hosted VaultWarden instance and login using email and password + 2fa.
Open File->Settings and expand "Security" section.

Expected Result

Expect to see options to enable Windows Hello authentication option.

Running latest ValutWarden server (13.5.0) with the "pm-25373-windows-biometrics-v2" feature flag active. Client has been logged out and even uninstalled/reinstalled, but option to allow Windows Hello for unlock does not even show up in the client.
