Subject of the issue

I'm unable to upload attachments using the web client (web vault). Error message in WebBrowser

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open arbitrary vault item
  2. Select Edit
  3. Scroll to Attachments
  4. Add (small 15kb) Attachment
  5. Click Save
