Cannot access attachments when offline (No network).
This may be an upstream issue, but I wanted to report it here first.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable network on client machine
  2. Try to access a bitwarden attachment

Expected behaviour

The attachment should be accessible.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens when clicking on the attachment.
