Additional Context

Clients experiencing issue were previously syncing correctly. Unclear what changed (no edits to vaultwarden config or client configs).

Additional troubleshooting: was able to successfully set up and sync Firefox extension and desktop client within a windows VM, os it appears to somehow be isolated to those running on MacOS.

May be related to #6605, but appears to be a different configuration, hence the separate issue.
