Go to 'Vaults'
Click on '+ New organization' (in the pannel Filters)
In field 'Organization name' (under General information) write down the name of a new organization
Click on 'Submit'

Expected Result

I expect no error, and the creation of the organization with the choosen name.

Actual Result

Tragically an popup appear 'An error has occurred. can't access property "find", this.passwordManagerPlans is undefined '
No orgnanizations created.

No logs appear in the container each time I hit on submit button
