Deauthorize does not deauth my android cients (Galaxy s21+, Galaxy Tab7FE)

Steps to reproduce

Log in to web server, account>deauthorize all

Expected behaviour

all clients immediately deauthorized / logged out

Actual behaviour

Web extensions immediately grey out and need login + duo auth but Android clients are still active and passwords visible
