Can't Sync clients? #1311

Subject of the issue

I am running the latest VaultWarden and it's working great as usual via it's web ui; however, I am also running the Chrome extension and the standalone windows client, and neither of them will sync. They both give me a "synching failed" red banner when I try to manually sync.

I am unsure who exactly to report this to, but since It's happening to 2 other separate "clients" I'm taking a random guess it may be the server(?).

I do see this once in my VaultWarden log:

[2023-12-15 23:49:07.512][vaultwarden::api::core::ciphers][ERROR] The client copy of this cipher is out of date. Resync the client and try again.

I thought it might show that once per each time I try a client sync, but it doesn't; it only shows that once regardless of how many times I try a client synch.

I thought it may be a system time thing, but looking at my clock, the time is correct (it also gets updated automatically via NTP, so not sure if that's the problem somehow.

Steps to reproduce

Just running the container. All I do is click the "sync" buttons in the respective clients.

Expected behaviour
