According to the "Build times comparison" on the homepage, pelican uses webpack and takes about 40 seconds to build while it already uses vite since some months which increasingly improves the performance, hence why it is also used in pyrodactyl.

Following screnshot if from the latest pelican version on a xeon E5-2620 v2 system.

So that would need to be updated, or it would be severe false advertising.

But why even use it as a selling point. It is not like it would matter in any way for the user or the site speed.
