Allowcations Are not showing up despite having allowcations permissions #100

Current Behavior

So, there is this weird permission flag I setup, I gave a test account the permissions to port allocations but no startup shutdown or console permissions, but it has backup permission, database, modrinth, permssions although they dont do much idk if the bug will still exist without them, but essentially the account with that kind of permissions, does have backups show up BUT the weird part is the allocations tab doesnt show up even though it has allocations permissions

Expected Behavior

Not really sure if this bug is intentional but it exists.

Steps to Reproduce

Give an account the permissions listed and then log into it and look at the server its given the permissions for

The permissions:

Panel Version

v3.0.16 - dev (Commit : 6bc3a71 on panel.pyro.host)

Wings Version

Unknown (panel.pyro.host)

Games and/or Eggs Affected

No response

Docker Image

No response

Error Logs

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues before opening this issue.
I have provided all relevant details, including the specific game and Docker images I am using if this issue is related to running a server.
I have checked in the Discord server and believe this is a bug with the software, and not a configuration issue with my specific system.
