After VPS reboot i get 404 page not found on resource #926

So here we go again, i'll write some point because i'm kinda angry on pangolin but i'll try to be peacefull. So sorry if i'm gonna look/be rude.

I have VPS with netcup (ARM CPU)
I'm on 1.9.4
Today i rebooted it after an update of the KVM
After reboot 404 on every resource even the local ones
i tried restart the stack
i tried deleting the db and creating everything again and the error stays

I'm doing more troubleshooting and i'll add more comment
