Describe the Bug

Local Site connection is broken in v1.11.1 for both CE and EE.

Environment

OS Type & Version: Rocky Linux 10
Pangolin Version: 1.11.1 CE & EE
Gerbil Version: 1.22
Traefik Version: 3.5
Newt Version: 1.5.2
Olm Version: N/A

To Reproduce

Create Local site
Create and enable resource on Local site
404 page not found.

Expected Behavior

Resource loads without issue.
