Describe the Bug

After updating to version 1.12.0, the docker labels blueprints stopped working:

• Subdomains have disappeared: all resources are now simple domains without subdomains.
• In the new blueprints UI, no blueprint applied via docker labels appears.
• No change in any blueprint is applied, not even after restarting newt.

Environment

OS Type & Version: nixos 25.11 (Xantusia)
Pangolin Version: 1.12.0
Gerbil Version: 1.2.2
Traefik Version: 3.5.4
Newt Version: 1.6.0

To Reproduce

Update to version 1.12.0

Expected Behavior

I expected the same result as the previous version.
