Describe the Bug

I have latest Community edition and according to the docs there should be ASN blocking but I do not see any option like this.

Should this be specified somewhere?

Environment

Pangolin Version: 1.16.1

To Reproduce

In my case just opening the Rules tab in Resources

Expected Behavior

To have ASN there according to the docs
