Unable to install using Debian VPS #1771

Recently spun up a Debian 10 64 Bit VPS and attempted to do the ./installer and received the following:

When I attempt to re-install, it skips (see the bottom of the screenshot) until I rm -rf all of the dirs and files and start over. Same result each time.
