Hello,

First of all, great app! After a quick test, I immediately switched from Nginx Proxy Manager!

I just have a quick suggestion: I currently manage two sites—my HomeLab and my parents' setup.

Would it be possible to add a "default" option in the site details? This way, when creating a new resource, it would automatically be assigned to the default site instead of requiring manual selection.
