[Feature Request] Allow/Add "Organization" Specific/Private Domains #1566

I currently have multiple organizations and users that are only present in particular organizations.
The issue is that when someone creates a Resource in a particular organization, They see the Whole
list of domains from the config.yml domains: section.

This is of course a bit of a problem, as a user from one organization can create a resource using a
domain from a different organization!!!
This domain name could be private or personal to an organization/user on the platform, so shouldn't
allow another organization to create something with someone else's "Brand" or "Domain".

Maybe having an option to "Add a Domain" via the Organization General page (where you can also
delete the Organization).

I think having a shared/original Domain, so everyone can at least use Subdomain Resources from
the start, would be a good idea, then basically having additional organization specific "Private" Domains.
