I swapped the MFA on my owner account last week, and it looks like I then deleted it from my auth app thinking it was the old login. I searched high and low for the recovery printout I have, but I think I tossed it. I'm going to have to do a reset. I did find another post indicating I had to edit the sqlite DB, but I'm not exactly sure what to change.

I did catch mistake straight away (wish there was a recover function in my auth app!), and created a new account with admin privileges. Obviously I'm still locked out of the owner account, but I can manage the system at least.
