Pangolin CLI (pangctl) Not working #1170

Today I tried to login and it keeps telling me the admin password is incorrect - (which it's not as it saved to password manager and I'm the only person who has access and I've not changed it and it was working yesterday) I also run wazuh on this vps and and there has been not strange activity or access.

I restarted all the docker containers and same issue - was able to login to Pangolin with another account that is onyl an admin account not owner - Tried to use the Pangolin CLI (pangctl) to reset the Admin account per https://docs.fossorial.io/Pangolin/pangolin-cli and I keep getting this error "OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed: unable to start container process: exec: "pangctl": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown"

Tried docker exec -it pangolin pangctl --help and same error message.

any idea how to fix this?
