CIDR Range not Saved on Sites at v1.9.0 #1025

Just upgraded to version 1.9.0 and seems that when attempting to save the CIDR range for the Remote subnets, when pressing save it says that it saves but on a page refresh the data disappears and also I don't seem to be able to connect via the client which makes me think it's not a UI issue but it actually doesn't save the data.
Tried on various different sites with different NEWT versions installed and all same behaviour.
