Hello,

I’m trying to set up a custom domain for my status page (https://status.mycompany.team) using a self-hosted OneUptime instance. This deployment is for internal use only, so there is no public OneUptime URL.

The CNAME verification for the internal domain succeeds. However, the SSL verification remains in the following state:

No action is required. Please allow 30 minutes for the certificate to be provisioned.

I’m using a self-signed certificate, which is already deployed in Kubernetes.

When I access https://status.mycompany.team, the SSL connection works correctly, but the page displays the following error:

Error: Status Page ID not found

Am I missing a configuration step, or is there something specific required when using a self-signed certificate or an internal-only deployment?

Thank you for your help.
