Description:

Problem:
The OneUptime self-hosted setup does not report incidents in real-time if the website goes down. I have set the interval time to 1 minute, but the platform still reports the website down after 5 to 6 minutes. This delay in reporting affects the timely notification and response to incidents.

Expected Behavior:
OneUptime should provide real-time alerts for website downtime, with checks and notifications set at an interval of one minute.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set up OneUptime in a self-hosted environment.
Monitor a website using OneUptime.
Set the interval time to 1 minute.
Observe the reporting delay when the monitored website goes down.
Proposed Solution:
Implement a feature to set real-time alerts with a minimum interval time of one minute to ensure timely reporting and notifications.
