Describe the bug
"Global configuration for SMTP not found" error when system tries to notify any user or team member about changes in the project.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Generate any kind of action that notify to users, for example, with an owner of an incident configured, make a change of the status line, to notify to the owners of the incident

Expected behavior
An email should be received by all owners about the changes of the status of the incident.

Deployment Type
Self Hosted with HELM Chart.

Additional context
Checked that "Zero" config is in database.

And button of "Send Test email" notification in project settings its working and test email is received.
