Hello

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I ran into a little detail that triggered my mind. Acknowledged inident are removed from the Active Incident counter, which make it not displayed besides the Project scrolllist. This is quite a problem because Acknowledged Incident means that someone has been notified by this issue and made process to resolve it. Which technically make the incident still active.

Describe the solution you'd like
Acknowledged Incident should be kept inside the counter

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can also understand that the Active Incident displayed beside project scroll list is more like a Warning sign. So removing an acknowledged seems understandable to avoid making panics. Why not having another display, not as aggressive as not acknowledge incident to avoid forgetting about an acknowledge incident ?

Feel free to tell me if this feature seems interesting and if you think that may be a small quality of life detail in the long term

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
