Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When entering longer incident descriptions or post mortems, the input box is too small. It's tedious to scroll up and down permanently only to see what was written 3 lines above/below.

Describe the solution you'd like
Increase the size of the multi-line input box by default or make it adjustable, similarly to how github does it by adding a drag-element to the lower right corner of the text box:
