Problem:
In some cases, during the investigation of an incident, it turns out that more or other monitors are affected than initially selected when the incident was declared.
It may also be discovered that the impact is different (degraded/partial outage) than initially visible. The initially selected impact will persist until the incident is resolved and it returns to "operational."

We have currently no way to change either of those options for an active incident.

Solution
In an active incident, allow to change the affected monitors by selecting/de-selecting from the monitors list. This should also trigger a notification according to the new selection.
Further, allow to change the impact for each selected monitor individually.
