Describe the bug
With #1849 the email subject was changed to be dynamic and include the event title. This is great and working very well.
However, we have noticed that with every incident/event update notification, the original event description is part of the email and the update/note is only visible when scrolling down. Thus, it's easy to miss as people may read the first few sentences and think that they have already read that email.

Improvement
Only sent the event desription with the initial email (new incident/event).
Public Notes, Status Changes etc. should not include the incident description as the dynamic event title already allows you to identify the incident/event this email is referring to.
This will shorten the email body and make it easier to quickly understand the email and not miss important information
