Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many of our customers rely on Slack or other internal communication tools for team updates. Currently, they can only subscribe to our status updates via SMS or email, which doesn't integrate well with their existing workflows. This leads to missed updates or extra steps to relay information internally.

Describe the solution you'd like
We’d like to offer the ability for customers to subscribe to status updates via Slack. Ideally, they could configure a Slack webhook or integration to receive real-time incident and maintenance notifications directly in a selected channel.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some customers have tried forwarding email notifications to Slack manually or using third-party middleware like Zapier, but these workarounds are brittle and introduce delays or formatting issues.

Additional context
This feature would enhance visibility for teams already using Slack and reduce friction in incident communication. It aligns with common SaaS notification patterns and could increase engagement with our status platform.
