Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you have many monitors and there is an issue affecting multiple monitors, maybe even 30, then you will get notified for every monitor change via phone and mail.

Describe the solution you'd like
I’d like a mode that limits these notifications after I wake up. During the resolution process, I don’t want to be called 50 times because it’s annoying and distracting. A global acknowledgement mode would be ideal, as it would alert everyone only once. Once I enable this mode, you won’t be noticed since you’ll already be awake.

This also would be something that can be connected to #1952.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just deleting the mass amount of alerts instead of manually doing 3 clicks per alert which are for 40 alerts 3*40=120 clicks. That’s annoying and dumb. (Also my idea I had to apply one action like #1851 which is not implemented in a ui way could be usefully as an alternative solution)

like this:

monitor down -> (if awake mode on) -> dont notify.

PS:

I also want to talk about the mass flood of emails you get. Context: I am the owner of the project and I was on call. We had 15 monitors that were affected and we only used online and degraded as states.

You can guess how many emails I got, but it was
