Describe the bug
Monitor status is still operational even though there is an active schedule maintenance activity going on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Scheduled Maintenance and create an Event.
Attach some monitors which will be affected with this Event
Change status from Operational to Updating
Submit the Event.
After some time, The respective monitor status will change from Operational to Updating state, but won't persist the state until the scheduled Maintenance event ends.

Expected behavior
Monitor should be in Updating state until the scheduled Maintenance event ends.

The issue was first seen on 7.0.4123 and still seen in 7.0.4699
