Describe the bug
I deleted all of our recently created Incidents since they were all tests but when I go to the dashboard and switch the timeframe, I get weird counts of incidents.

When I switch to "Last week" = 4 Incidents
When I switch to "Last 3 months" = 3 Incidents

I'm not sure how it works but I'm guessing it's not refreshing when Incidents are completely deleted from the system.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create several test incidents
  2. Delete the incidents completely in the UI
  3. Go to Dashboard and observe incident counts

Expected behavior
Dashboard should only reflect non-deleted incidents regardless of timeframe. I've also only got 1 project and it's been time since I deleted the incidents.

I also would expect that a longer timeframe would always return a higher value than a shorter timeframe, e.g. Past 1 month should be higher than (or equal to) Past 1 week since it should include all incidents from the past week.
