Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Easypanel is one of the best self-hosted PAAS that i've tried (like Dokploy, Caprover, ecc...), but at the moment is impossible to deploy OneUptime without headaches. How we can allow the users of this OSS PAAS platform to deploy it?

Describe the solution you'd like
Deploying successfully OneUptime on EasyPanel. Easy peasy!

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can consider only switch to Dokploy or Coolify that have already the template working. The problem is that the server where i have EasyPanel have crucial data for me, if i switch everything will go away.

Additional context
I've sended the same message to the EasyPanel Canny, hoping maybe to make the two teams to cooperate.
