Scheduled Maintenance Feed not in correct order when timestamps match #243

Describe the bug
When we have a scheduled event, it will transitionf rom Scheduled to Ongoing, Ended and then Completed.
In some cases, Ended and Complete happen in the same minute. If this happens the feed is mixed up and confuses people:

Expected behavior
The order of the events in the feed should always respect the order of the flow, even if transitioned in short succession.
