Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Event/incident update times are shown in local browser time (e.g. EST). However, when mentioning times in the decription text, we have settled on UTC to avoid confusion internally. This may however, be confusing for subscribers/customers.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if we can use varibles/markup for date/time in the desciption text so this can be shown in local time for the user when visiting the website.

Additional context
For this to work properly, we may need a setting in the email subscribtion for the user timezone (default = local browser time when subscribing)
