Describe the bug
I have configured a custom favicon for my status pages under the settings. However, after keeping the status page tab open in the browser for a period of time, the custom favicon disappears and is replaced by a generic green square.

It is unclear if this is a feature (intended to dynamically show "System Operational" status) or a bug.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Upload a custom favicon in the status page settings.
  2. Open the public status page in a browser tab.
  3. Leave the tab open for a while (idle time).
  4. Observe that the browser tab icon changes from the custom image to a green square.

Expected behavior
The custom uploaded favicon should remain visible at all times. If the "Green Square" is a dynamic status indicator, there should be an option to disable it or it should not override the branding asset.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • MacOS
  • Browser Chrome and Edge

Deployment Type
Self-hosted using Docker Compose
API: 9.1.0 (b9597250ac)
Dashboard: 9.0.5598 (8ebe034f0c)

Thank you.
