Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We are creating public postmortems for our customers to better understand what happend and what actions have been taken. Since the current implementation of postmortems in OneUptime is purely for internal purposes, we post postmortems as public notes.
This has some drawbacks, e.g. that the PM is shown in line at the bottom of the incident feed.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • On the incidents overview page, indicate that a PM was published for an incident:

  • On the incidents detail page, add a PM button if a PM was published, click will open the PM is an overlay/new window:

  • When adding a PM in the backend, add a switch to make PM public/internal, regardless if created from scratch or from template
  • If PM is public, allow to send notification to subscribers
  • Add ability to attach/present attachments in PMs
