Steps to Reproduce

Create a device
Create a virtual chassis, selecting the device as a member
Inspect the device's changelog
Edit the virtual chassis
Remove the device from the members list
Inspect the device's changelog again

Expected Behavior

At steps 3 and 6, the update record should show both the pre- and post-change attributes of the device.

Observed Behavior

The post-change data in the changelog entries is accurate, however there is no pre-change data present in either record. Instead, we see a warning message:
