Proposed functionality

When adding a contact assignment to an object, we propose to add the possibility of assigning a contact group. This would be useful for teams where the team is defined as the contact of the object.

Use case

In Some Company, Mark and Alice make up the IT Systems team. In Netbox, the IT Systems Team is created as a contact group. Mark and Alice are created as contacts in the IT Systems Team group.

Mark is responsible for system A, Alice is responsible for system B. Contact Assignments are created accordingly.

For system C however, there is no direct responsibility to either Mark nor Alice. The entire IT Systems Team is responsible.

Mark and Alice want to assign the IT Systems Team group as contact.
