Steps to Reproduce

Create a user at https://demo.netbox.dev/ (v4.4.8 at the time of reporting)
Login and visit https://demo.netbox.dev/users/permissions/1/edit/
Scroll the Available list.

Of note

Across our netbox estate, this does not affect v4.4.7 or earlier e.g. using adjacent tabs with a 4.4.7 site in one and a 4.4.8 site in the next.

Expected Behavior

On scroll-to-end the list on FireFox looks like this:

Observed Behavior

On Edge/Chrome, the list is corrupted thus:
